Quotes:
|
-
Red Queen: I've been a bad, bad girl.
-
Narrator: At the beginning of the 21 century, the Umbrella Corporation had become the largest commercial entity in the United States. Nine out of every ten homes contain its products. Its political and financial influence is felt everywhere. In public, it is the world's leading supplier of computer technology, medical products, and healthcare. Unknown, even to its own employees, its massive profits are generated by military technology, genetic experimentation and viral weaponry.
-
Red Queen: I implore you.
Kaplan: Implore away!
-
[After seeing the Licker for the first time]
Matt: What the fuck was that?!
-
Rain: No pressure, guys.

Trivia:
|
- On the front of the Umbrella train to the Hive. It reads 'Alexi-3000' Alexia is the name of one of the heads of Umbrella in Biohazard: Code Veronica.
- Producer Jeremy Bolt appears as a zombie several times throughout the movie.
- The plot has several similarities with the movie Ghosts of Mars: the main characters are strong, fighting women; the good guys are in an isolated environment surrounded by zombies; they make their escape on a train chased by the monsters; both movies end with the zombies breaking loose, with the female lead starting to fight them back.
- One of the smaller headlines on the newspaper at the end of the film references the S.T.A.R.S. from the first Resident Evil videogame.
- After George A. Romero left the production in July 1999, the project was dormant for over a year before Paul W.S. Anderson signed on to write and direct the movie.

- Near the end of the credits, we hear a line of dialogue from Michelle Rodriguez: "When we get out of here, I think I'm gonna get laid."
