| Lady Katherine is caught searching Quentin's room for the Quentin painting demanded by Petofi/Quentin. Kitty pretends to Edward to faint and not know she was in the room. Kitty and Angelique discuss Julia's disappearance. Petofi/Quentin demands of Edward why he and Kitty were in 'his' room. Petofi/Quentin reveals that Kitty's husband was released from prison for stealing jewels. Edward and Quentin find Kitty in the foyer and try to talk to her but she evades and goes to the Blue Whale where she talks to Pansy Faye and arranges a seance. Quentin and Edward are in the Drawing room where Edward accepts being his Best Man for Petofi/Quentin's wedding to Angelique. Angelique has a change of heart. | |
