A sadistic ex-commandant,Gerard Sefra, still controls his former prison, and has a supply of Cesium-138 that he plans to sell to the highest bidder. It will blow up if its temperature rises about 70 degrees. The team must convince Sefra that Barney is an escaped prisoner and trick him into handing over the cesium.
