Dr. Greene isn't even supposed to be at work, but he comes in to catch up, and is beset by miseries, including a man who dies for no apparent reason. Did Greene make a mistake? He thinks so, and visits pathology to learn why the man died. But he is disappointed when the pathologist can offer him no certain answer.
