    Sherbat
    ( Lemon Cooler )
     

     
    1 cup Sugar
    1 cup Crushed Ice
    4 cups Water
    2 Lemons
    2 tbsp Rose Water
     

     
      • Squeeze juice from the 2 lemons and reserve juice. In a saucepan, combine sugar, crushed ice, 4 cups water, lemon juice and rose water. When sugar is completely dissolved, strain and serve the Sherbat in frosty glasses.
     

    Makes approximately 4 Servings.
