    Russian Chicken
     

     
    2 Chicken Breasts
    1 package Dry Onion Soup Mix
    8 oz Russian Salad Dressing
    8 oz Apricot Preserves
     

     
      • Place chicken parts as needed in glass baking dish. Combine dressing, preserves, and dry onion soup mix, and spoon over chicken. Bake at 350°F for 1½ hours.
     

    Makes approximately 2 servings.
