    Creole Mustard Sauce
    ( based upon the Planet Hollywood Creole Mustard Sauce )
     

     
    1 cup Mayonnaise
    ¼ cup Creole Style Mustard ((* See Note))
    1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
    1 tbsp Horseradish
    ½ tsp Cider Vinegar
    1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
    1 tsp Water
    ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
    ½ tsp Salt
    1 tbsp Green Onions (Sliced In ¼" Pcs)
    1 tbsp Crushed Garlic (Packed In Oil)
    1 tsp Green Bell Pepper (Fine Chopped)
    1 tsp Celery (Finely Chopped)
    1 tsp Onion (Finely Chopped)
     

     
      • Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
      • NOTES : *(available in some supermarkets and specialty stores, Dijon can substitute.)
     

    Makes approximately 1 ½ cups.
