    Miso Soup
     

     

  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup Carrot, minced
  • 1 Cabbage leaf, minced
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 4 tsp (heaping) miso (soybean paste)
  • 4 cup Water
  • 2 tsp Tahini
  •  

     
    Saute onion, carrot, and cabbage in oil for 5 minutes. Add miso, water and tahini; bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
     

    Makes approximately 2 servings.
